Annie

With a doctorate in educational leadership and policy with 28 years in education, two decades of applied psychometrics, leadership and higher education, Annie is a nationally recognized expert in research and evaluation, educational measurement, and program evaluation. She is also a teacher, musician, and published songwriter.
